Which platform can I use to sell tickets?

We recommend using Eventscase. You can use this platform free of charge. If you’d like to trial it, please register here. Once you’ve done this, email Student-led Initiatives and you will be given access to your draft event.

You can also use Campus Groups for internal event ticketing

Where can I get help sourcing an external venue?

Contact Student-led Initiatives for advice. You can also contact Phil Jackson. He provides a free venue finding service. Be prepared to tell him:

  • Date of your event

  • Event capacity

  • Catering requirements

  • Timing of the event

  • Desired locations

  • Budget
